Our design origins mean we only commence a project with a highly defined brief and an agreed set of deliverables – ensuring we can test and check every stage of development or construction against appropriate criteria.
Any variance or departure is subjected to a robust process that ensures all parties are informed of options and implications, and that only authorised principal stakeholders make necessary decisions.
We offer various procurement routes, as well as advice on their advantages and disadvantages, to ensure that the selection of consultants or contractors is best suited to achieve the desired outcomes.
We adhere to the preferred JCT suite on contracts, and include contract administrationin our scope of services as standard. Meda acts as the clients’ sole representative on site and we work tirelessly to ensure that we hand buildings over to satisfied end users. We place particular importance on providing post-completion induction and making sure that maintenance procedures are understood – ensuring continuity of management from construction into operational use.
We work towards the presentation of agreed final accounts at the conclusion of the construction period.
