Our cost management approach is to forensically study every facet of the project at each stage and ensure that cost options are fully explored, to ensure best value, and properly reported at each client feedback interval.
We offer procurement advice and assist in value engineering to ensure cost reductions are measured against retained values of robust finish, practical design and uncompromised building operability.
During construction stages, we track variances and review variations claims. Our standard scope also includes cash flow management and payment valuations that can assist with 3rd party fund draw downs.
We work towards the presentation of agreed final accounts at the conclusion of the construction period.
