The newly created Oxford Aviation Training Solutions wanted to create a high-quality, immersive aviation training experience within a campus-style environment with on-site accommodation and catering facilities for international trainee pilots.
The facilities needed to reflect the latest educational and hotel standards, commensurate with the students’ levels of financial commitment.
In addition, the facility would house the global HQ for the operating team, alongside classroom teaching, hanger and simulator facilities.
Meda’s experience from working with highly technical equipment suppliers and specialist teams meant we were uniquely placed to provide valuable insight.
This included establishing the levels of financial commitment and an initial timeline for the delivery of their aspirations.
